« Known first as 'The Frog King' or 'Iron Henry,' and later 'The Frog Prince,' this Grimm Brothers fairy tale draws from German folklore dating to the 13th century! As with most fairy tales, the original version is quite a bit darker: the frog only becomes human after the princess throws him against the wall in disgust; the kiss wasn't added until much later and is now the best-known version! »
